Volunteer with Us
Be part of something extraordinary — help others experience the joy of sailing.
Why Volunteer with Sailability Victoria?
Volunteering with Sailability Victoria is more than just helping out — it’s about creating life-changing experiences for people of all abilities. Whether you’re a seasoned sailor or have never set foot on a boat, there’s a role for you. Our volunteers are the heart of every program, and your time and passion help make inclusive sailing possible.

What You’ll Be Doing
You don’t need sailing experience — just a willingness to get involved and a positive attitude. Volunteer roles may include:
- Assisting participants in and out of boats
- Helping set up and pack down boats and equipment
- Supporting instructors on the water
- Greeting and guiding participants and carers
- Helping manage bookings or administrative tasks
Every day on the water is different — and every contribution makes a difference.
